Star of the Week!
In May 2016 the Management Team instigated a new weekly award, ”Star of the Week”, to recognise members for their special assistance, dedication and achievement.
Chorus members can nominate someone who has gone above and beyond, who has personally helped you, who has made a special difference or contribution to the Chorus or who has tried extra hard. There are many other positive attributes that can be recognized with this award.
To nominate a member write the member’s name and what they have done on a post-it note found in the Suggestion Box (on the microwave in the kitchen). Fold it in half and leave it in the suggestion box to be collected. Each week at the end of rehearsal the Management Team will choose the Star of the Week. The award will be presented at the beginning of the next week’s rehearsal.
If more than one person is nominated, the other nominations will be carried over to the following week.
